Once adequate advancement of the tooth has occurred, you will be referred back to your dentist for a crown.
Forced eruption is also sometimes considered to improve of the amount of bone and gum tissue available for implant placement. Working in conjunction with an orthodontist, hopeless teeth that need to be extracted may be able to be moved to encourage bone formation.
